The Total Mobility Side of Gene's Truck & Van/Total Mobility

Gene Grandstaff founded what began as primarily a wholesale van conversion business in 1984 and has evolved over the last twenty-two years into a retail outlet, building vans unique to customer needs and specifications.
In 1991 Dan and Lori Reinke bought the business, and  along with their dedicated employees, continue to share in this passion for meeting their customer's needs and making their wishes a reality.  It's really very simple. . .  Gene's Truck & Van/Total Mobility is quite a versatile business, and by actually taking the time to talk with and listen  to the customer, it makes it possible to fulfill the unique requests of each individual.
In 1989 we began installing adaptive devices for the physically challenged. Over the years, the adaptive mobility aspect of the business has grown from thirty to eighty percent of total sales and it continues to thrive.
Both divisions,  the Truck & Van and the Total Mobility have enjoyed growing and changing with the demands of the market.   We understand that diversity has been the key to our success, and  intend to continue listening and adapting  the business to the customers' needs.   We always do our best to find solutions to every problem and answer each question.
Knowing that we do make a difference,  Dan ,  Lori,  and the rest of the crew find it truly rewarding in offering this vital service to Indianola and the surrounding areas.   It is our goal to make sure walking disabilities do not present a barrier to freedom.
Total Mobility will continue to play an instrumental role for people with mobility limitations, as long as we are providing richer and fuller lives.  With the products and services we offer , you can turn so many of the struggles, challenges and frustrations into physical freedom,  so you can get out  there and . . . . . . .
