Just wanted to let you know how pleased
we are with our new Toyota van. It's the second van we've purchsed through Total Mobility and everything is going
very well. It's so convenient for me to wheel right in the passenger position, lock down and go --- no more exhausting
transfers into a regular car seat. Needless to say, it's great for Bill too, since he doesn't have to assist with a
transfer, then stow the wheelchair in the trunk. This van has made a remarkable difference in our lives, and we wouldn't
want to be without it.
A huge plus for us is having you folks right
here in Indianola. Any problems or concerns that we have had you have addressed immediately and to our satisfaction.
We really appreciate that service.

My name is Laura, I'm 20 years
old, and I have been in a wheelchair since November 13, 2001. My sister Leah, who is 20 and a half months younger than
me, chauffeured me around during my junior and senior years in high school. I was able to drive its just that since
we were going to the same place it was easier for her to drive. However, every day she had to take apart my wheelchair
before we drove to school, put it together after we got there, and do the reverse process to go home. Whenever I was
driving somewhere by myself, it was a chore to take apart my wheelchair and put it together every time I wanted to get in
and out of the car. It was also a chore for the people that I rode with, too.
When my dad and I came to Gene's Truck
and Vans/Total Mobility in Indianola, I was so excited that there was someone who made a lowered van that you could just roll
in and go. I also thought that since the vans were brand new that we would never be able to afford it. I was dead
wrong. With Total Mobility's help we were able to afford the 2005 Toyota Sienna LE that we have now. I drive it
everywhere and I absolutely love it and wouldn't have picked any other vehicle. The service we received there was excellent
and the staff was extremely nice because they deal with people with disabilities all the time. I am really happy that
I have the van now because it doesn't take me forever to get in and out of the car from breaking down and putting my wheelchair
back together. I can really get in and go like every other college kid. I really feel special now and it's also
really great to see the envious looks on people's faces when I show them how cool my van is and all the things that it
does. I really appreciate it very much!

This is long overdue, but better late than never, right. We all love

Bill and I would like to let you know that WE LOVE OUR 2005 TOYOTA SIENNA
RAMPVAN!!!!!! We did add the backup warning sensors. S & C Automotive did a good job, and they even came out
and picked up the van.
We have dealt with you guys for 10 years. Our first van, however,
was not purchased through Total Mobility. When it came time for some repairs, your business was recommended
to us to do the repair work, and that was the start of Gene's Vans and Trucks/Total Mobility becoming our heroes.
We did purchase our second and third vans through you guys, and appreciated all the help given.
Because specialized vans like ours became an absolute necessity in maintaining
Bill's quality of life, we know that you guys will take every opportunity to repair and return our van as promptly as possible.
You all go SO-O out of your way more than anyone we have ever dealt with to keep us on the road. Even
coming out to the house to look it over!!!!
We give you guys the highest praise when any one needs to have a van
like ours because of our experience.

After five surgeries on my leg, and with my leg in
a full leg cast, it was extremely difficult to get in the car. A friend recommended that we call Gene's Truck & Van/Total Mobility in Indianola, IA. The salesperson Lori Weaver, brought a van 85
miles to our home for us to see. When we bought the van, she delivered it completely serviced.
We had a question 2 weeks later, called the office
and were helped over the phone.

The people at Gene's Vans/Total Mobility has made
a great difference in our lives. It was very difficult to transfer our patient, who had become partially paralyzed,
from the wheelchair to the car, and reverse the procedure when we reached our destination. Now we push the wheelchair
in, lock it in place and take off. (Much easier on all that are involved).
The service recieved when I thought
there was a malfunction of the ramp, was really great. A phone call and help was soon on the way. The person who
took the call said someone would return my call. It was returned promptly and with the patient step by step explanation
I received, the problem was solved. I consider this a great big plus for Gene's Vans/Total Mobility.
If anyone needs a means of transporting a handicapped
person, I highly recommend Gene's Vans/Total Mobility.
