|
| Mr. Boots |
|
Boots has lived here since he was a kitten. He is very thorough at his job making sure things are
secure. You will find him checking out the different power chairs, vans, etc. we have on display. If you take
a seat in our show room, you may get checked out, up close and personal.

Cocoa is our oldest staff member to date. You won't hear him, but you will see him monitoring
the hallway and keeping an eye on the shop door. He is very liberal with his 'free passes' as long as
you "watch your step, please." He is just quietly, so very patiently waiting to see his 'Dad.'

| Gabe |
|
Gabe was our gentle giant. He made friends with all who visited our establishment. Sadley,
Gabe passed away unexpectedly on July 29th . We here at Total Mobility are heartbroken. So many of our customers have
come in and inquired about his wereabouts that we thought it would be good to let everyone know that our lovable baby
has gone to the "Rainbow Bridge" and awaits us all there. He will be missed more than words can ever describe.

Sweet little Gracee is Lori Weaver's little ball of energy. Gracee is the busy-body of the office.
She knows what everyone is doing, and when and where they are doing it. Whenever anyone comes into the
office, all who is there, know it. Whether it is your first time visiting us, or you come in every day . . .
you are Announced! She even lets you know when SHE has arrived. Gracee certainly earns her keep. It
comes in handy having a living doorbell.

| Owner/Jack of all Trades |

|
| Dan Reinke |
|
1984 is when Dan, along with Gene Grandstaff, started in business. 1989 is when
the mobility began. It is because of Dan's dedication and commitment, that the business is the success that it is today.
We call him "Jack of All Trades" because of his ingenuity for coming up with ways to fulfill
the unique requests and solving the problems that come about.
It is very obvious Dan found his true calling. It is most evident when
he is talking with and helping people. No matter what kind of day he has had, more often than not, you will find
him burning the 'midnight oil' working in his office.
He and his wife Lori, are in the process of bringing a Dog Park to Warren
County. You will also find Dan keeping abreast and occasionally involved in the city's
events.

|
| Lori Weaver |
|
Lori joined us towards the beginning of 2003. She worked for S&C
Automotive in Des Moines as their assistant shop manager for 7 years prior to coming here.
She is a loving wife and devoted mother to 2 boys, Brandon and Nick.
Lori has found her true calling at Total Mobility. Her favorite
quote is: "To Love What You Do And Feel That It Matters - How Could Anything Be More Fun." Whenever
possible, she holds demonstrations at Expos and conducts Mobility Training sessions. Lori is not satisfied
until her customers are 110% satisfied, then she goes that extra two miles to be sure.

Tanya's career at Gene's started in September of 1990. She is the first person
you see when you walk in the door.
She and her husband have been married for 31 years. They have a daughter, a son, 4 grandchildren
and her schnauzer, Annie.
She enjoys golfing at the local country club, collecting crystal, and really enjoys a good game
of cards.
There is no part or accessory she won't try to find for your vehicle. Tanya says,
"There is something new everyday working here, and I am always up for a challenge.
(That almost sounds like a dare, doesn't it?)

| Steve Britton |
|
Steve started working for us in the middle of 2004 as one of our shop technicians.
In those few years, while becoming certified in the sales, service, installation and electrical components of every one of
our mobility products that we sell and/or service, he also earned the title of Shop Manager.
Steve is married and his pride and joy is his 4 year old son who is definately
a 'Daddy's Boy'.
His interest in this line of work started while working with his Dad back in Kansas as a motorcycle
mechanic. Steve is organized and meticulous and very dedicated to his work. He takes great pride and satisfaction
in the finished products he turns out. He says "Seeing the customers leave with smiles on their faces is just priceless."

| Aaron Reinke |
|
Aaron started working here officially in the summer of 2005. Right now he is a Senoir
in high shcool. During the school year, he works part-time in the afternoons, and through the
summer he is here full-time, gradually learning the family business.
In his spare time, Aaron is an avid paintballer. He is also quite good at bringing
his ideas to life. He has a thought, figures out the mechanics of it and then just builds it, ie:
a 10ft tall catapult. Maybe he will persue a career in engineering or the arts.
